I found Impact/Caltech's Strategic Biomedical Marketing Course, to be very informative and content-rich. The podcasts, case studies, and toolkit all provided ample learning experiences to get a taste of effective (and not so effective) marketing practices. I feel more confident in assessing my organization’s value, the client’s needs and perceptions, and how to effectively communicate & deliver this value in a meaningful way.
