Ginny consults with CEOs and their teams on developing strategies, implementing organizational change, enhancing organizational performance, developing executive teams, and coaching individual leaders.

Her clients span a wide range of industries including Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Industrial, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Technology Services, Computer Software, Computer Hardware, and Consumer Products in addition to the Non-Profit and Government sectors.  She also teaches Change Management to executives at the California Institute of Technology.

Prior to 2013, Ginny spent 24 years at GE in a variety of executive leadership roles in the areas of change management, culture shaping, executive leadership education, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development at GE Crotonville, GE Corporate, and GE Capital.  With her expertise in mobilizing leaders to impact and sustain change, she was instrumental in driving the company’s top strategic initiatives.

Before coming to GE, Ginny spent seven years at KPMG, holding the title of Audit Manager.  She also served as Director Professional Recruiting for KPMG’s Stamford office.  Ginny holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
